Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

Issue of equity

The Company announces that on 25 September 2018, it issued and allotted 55,623 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the exercise of SAYE Scheme options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am on 03 October 2018.

Following Admission of the Shares the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 9,543,528 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary Shares in the Company will be 9,543,528. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

PDMR dealings

Exercise of options

The Company was notified on 25 September 2018 that, as part of the exercise of options referred to above, Julie Atkinson, the wife of Steve Atkinson, a PDMR of the Company, had on that date exercised options for 751 Shares at a price of 199.52 pence per Share:

As a result of the above, Steve Atkinson's beneficial interest in the Company increased by 751 Shares.

In addition, the Company was notified on 25 September 2018 that, as part of the exercise of options referred to above, Caroline Gibson, a PDMR of the Company, had on that date exercised options for 2,255 Shares at a price of 199.52 pence per Share.

As a result of the above, Caroline Gibson's beneficial interest in the Company increased by 2,255 Shares.
