LONDON (UK), 16 August 2017 - Jackpotjoy plc (LSE: JPJ), the largest online bingo-led operator in the world, was notified that Jason Holden, Director of Investor and Public Relations of the Company, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP6.84 per Ordinary Share. The transaction was completed on 16 August 2017.

Following the transaction, Mr. Holden holds an aggregate of 17,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
