I think they have all been through it. I also think they have seen an up tick business and perhaps focussed on getting back on track. They did provide an update in June/July. It is whats happened since I am interested in. I think it will be good news when it comes.

Somewhat strange to delay the interims and not provide an update while doing so on trading performance I think

ITX will compile the Interim internally and release this with a market update.

Annual report has to be audited.

We know how much they made last year. It was reported in an update in January. An unaudited update. The report for last year has nothing in it of interest to us now so it doesnt matter how late it is.

I expect they have had issues with availability of auditors due to lock down. HMRC gave all businesses an extension.

Does not apply to interims.

As I said, I don't expect the interim to be delayed. The interims are due to be submitted by end of September and are not audited.

Yes. This is not the interim we are waiting for but the delayed 2019 results. As these are audited they have opted to delay them until October 2020.

They have not stated that interims for first 6 months of 2020 are delayed. These will not be audited but are actually more interesting to us. These should be issued shortly.

David Attenborough programme on now talking about bio diversity and how to address it. One of the big problems is chemicals in products.

ITX have a solution and one of the main reasons they are in my PF.


Gut feel is this week will be good. 2p needs to break and the 3p will be right there in reach.

Profit taking from the new share issued , was always going to inflict pain on the share.
Best hold tight for the sell off , then back to the norm

Parob, reference the post on products with Itaconix ingredients, where did you obtain this information?

The only one of those products i have seen mentioned as containing Itaconix formulas was the dishwasher tablets which Itaconix directly mention in their shareholder presentation.
