Terrible value destruction again. Could have raised at a higher price months ago. Arent raising enough either, wont take funding off the table. Only positive is there is no delisting.

Some key takeaways.

certain of the Directors, and senior management, intend to subscribe for an aggregate of 18,259,090 Second Placing Shares. Wow if that's not a buy signal I don't know what is.

Also, The Directors estimate that the Group can, in the long-term, access approximately $300 million in annual revenues with its current product offerings from a circa $700 million addressable market.

Wow just wow valued at £3 million come on.

Other green stocks have been doing incredible well recently. Look at EQT, PHE for example and now VDTK is making a big move.No more uncertainly over funding.I think the market is going to like this a lot.

Marketmakers may open it down yet.Wouldn't have to be much of a morning dip to get in at around the placing price.
Chuffed with the price, they could easily have taken advantage of holders here and priced much lower, noted they haven't.

Placing at 1.1p! :)Wow great news for holders! Reveneue first 5 months $0.9 dollars - 91% Increase on last year! That means in May they made $0.3 million. This is the best news we could have hope for and puts to bed all fears of going private. Watch this baby rocket tomorrow! So pleased. Well done John and the team.

Ghost - I agree with you but only in the context of the prior share price expectations of all investors historically - BUT if your buying in NOW at this low tiny price per share then IMO its a great opportunity! REVENUES now growing consistently well above industry levels ( e.g. high double digit per year) and that's not showing any sign of slowing up....so from now the risk / reward characteristics of ITX stock is fantastic.

I agree. Its a great buy at the moment. The lack of ITX news right now is due to the business working overtime to ship and add-on new clients and that's the best thing you would want for investors so those selling now will really regret it at some point in the not too distant future IMHO.

Note the buy of +£3k, someone is mopping shares from impatient holders. It’s been happening for the last 2 months. Not many shares in free float so small sells are accumulated and bought.
