This fund has a terrible risk/ reward. Equivalent to about 3% interest on cash since inception but with all of the volatility and risk.

Payout for 2023 so far is 29.83. It will not get anywhere near last year's figure.
A bit disappointing. Dividendmax's estimates have been pretty accurate so far, but no idea what they are predicting for the final quarter.

Not really, this is always the lowest one - whereas June's is the highest. March 2022 was 4.5p vs this year's 3.02p, so it was a bit disappointing, but last June and September's combined came in just short of 34p as all the insurers, banks and others pay their finals, so I'm hoping for about the same again. We shall see.

The entire payout for 2022 was 44.62p, still a bit less than the 46.97p of pre-pandemic 2019. My guess is c.50p for 2024, but it is a guess.

I've just purchased some of these to tuck away for the divi.

Any recommendations for other ETF's and REIT's worth a look at?

This is the wrong bulletin board but I cannot find the correct one, can anyone tell me if there is an etf of US dividend heroes, equivalent to USDV hedged back into sterling , I have one for the EQQQ and S@P500 but not for an US income etf...any replies will be very appreciated plus any other thoughts on other US etf that are hedged back into sterling...Thank you

Charts for this one long downtrend since 2014, real damage seems to have been post brexit fiasco, is anyone buying U.K. assets anymore, not by the looks of it, it’s a trade not an investment. Will wait for covid lows again. It’s full of ftse 350 capital destructive dross.

14.97p - a litttle down on the equivalent 16.65p this time last year, but that's to be expected, so not bad.
