Irvine Energy plc, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration and production 
company, will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') relating to the year 
ending 31 December 2008 at 10.30 am on 31 July 2009. The meeting will be held at 
the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, 
Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG. 
 
 
The Company's Notice of AGM and Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 
2008 have today been posted to shareholders. 
 
 
Copies of the Annual Report will be available for at least one month, free of 
charge, at the offices of the Company's UK offices, being 94 Jermyn Street, 
London, SW1Y 6JE. 
 
 
An electronic version of the Annual Report is also available on the Company's
