Outlook

There is a great deal to look forward to in 2023. We anticipate securing first sales from the smelter in the second quarter and reaching full operational production capacity around the middle of the year, with the Company now fully funded to achieve this. There is strong demand from customers for all of our three products of high purity iron, vanadium slag and titanium slag. In addition, Ironveld Mining will benefit from its joint venture with Pace SA to produce and sell DMS grade magnetite from the mine in mid 2023.

In due course the Company also anticipates investing in further equipment at the smelter to upgrade the high purity iron product to powder form, which will significantly enhance revenues, and is seeking innovative ways to finance this expansion.

We would like to thank all of our shareholders for their continuing support for both the Company and the Project and we look forward to providing further updates in the near future.

Bakone is talking random garbage. Now if he had asked why IRON still do not actually own the smelters that they have spent a lot of compsny money refurbishing and that the real owner could walk away and say thanks for all the fish, well that would be relevant.

Sorry, all roll and no sausage, he's had numerous opportunities to post up some verifiable facts and has avoided them all, just repeating vague allegations now that the court interdict story is blown. So unlikely to win any friends or converts here and I can't see many investors being swayed by such stuff. Q

Stats12, it was more effective to institute legal proceedings against this crooked and fraudulent persons of the briefcase & letterbox company Ironveld. There was no value and good use of my time to take a tube in the cold to attend a stupid meeting where fraudulent management of Ironveld was simply going to lie to investors and shareholders with a straight face without any shame. Anyhow, here we are now, Ironveld cannot mine unlawfully as it has planned.

Your crooked company Ironveld is not going to mine anything. Get used to that. Face reality and make full disclosure and confession that Ironveld never had duly granted mineral rights in the first place, all because of your company management’s crookedness and dishonesty. Ironveld crooks are exposed. No amount of bribery will help.

There was no EFF wing in Limpopo until recently, all of the regional areas were disbanded. Limpopo region only elected a new leader in December of last year.

They look and sound like lunatics, but they are the third largest political party in the country with 10% of the vote in 2019 (44 seats) vs 62% for the elected ANC party.



Their leader Julius Malema seems very Trump-like in his presentation, though not his politics.

You're right though, I think we can guess who BakoneBaMatlala will be voting for next year.

If it was interdicted, there would be a judgement, I've not seen a copy of that posted.Further, if there was a judgement, there could also be an allowed appeal, meaning that said judgement was suspended pending further hearing.So, I suspect BK's information of being incomplete (to be generous)Q

Iceagefarmer, news are not close but very much here. Fact of the matter is that Ironveld is interdicted in the High Court of South Africa, Limpopo Division, Polokwane, from carrying out or attempting to carry out any unlawful and unauthorised mining activities. Wake up and smell the coffee. The crooked and dishonest Ironveld board and management have misled unsuspecting investors into buying worthless Ironveld shares and therefore committed fraud which the authorities and law enforcement agencies in the UK must act against.

Why has Ironveld still not issued a notice to shareholders and investors that its mining activities, which in any case it is attempting to conduct without any lawfully granted rights, have now been interdicted in the High Court of South Africa. Of course we did warm all of you earlier this year that we going to seek relief in the courts. Since the grossly dishonest and crooked management of Ironveld will not itself inform its investors and shareholders about this showstopper, we shall proceed to duly inform the regulators in the UK on behalf of Ironveld and demand that action be taken to stop this crooked company from continuing to defraud investors. Paying bribes to politicians and other imposter community leaders will only make matters worse. It’s game over.
