15/12/2021 14:11 | MALCOLMMM, Thanks for the kind words. If you want info from Ironveld, I'd assume the same would be true as it was for Amerisur. Contact their investor relations at mining@blytheweigh.c I had no joy at all from Amerisur, but got a couple of reasonable answers from their IR team (answers that they obviously approached the company for). Not saying you'll get much more than "the deal is still on", but that's probably your best bet. hxxps://www.ironveld hxxps://www.blythewe | al101uk
15/12/2021 14:06 | I imagine we'll see an RNS before close of play. It's been 2 weeks since the last one, so we're due an update. | logica2me
15/12/2021 14:01 | The market certainly seems to be getting nervous. | vatnabrekk
15/12/2021 10:53 | Can you report back when you've spoken to them please, Malcolmmm | logica2me
15/12/2021 10:46 | Unless we hear something soon these are going to fall imo as investors are wondering if the deal is about to fall though just before Xmas | malcolmmm
15/12/2021 10:04 | M: Good luck with that ! | annie38
15/12/2021 09:59 | Trade wise these seem pretty liquid at the moment so hopefully the deal will go throgh. My emails havent been replied to so will phone them just to get an idea of how things are progressing | malcolmmm
15/12/2021 08:33 | As the deal was conditional on shareholders approval an escrow lawyer should have held the money until after the shareholder approval was approved. This leaves the share price open to manipulation and fraud imo ie- anyone with inside information that deal is about to fall through has the opportunity of shorting in the knowledge of a 50% drop in the price. Also the share price shot up on the announcement giving the opportunity to those buying prior to the deal ,to profit from the rise. I am long here but it seems unprofessional to me | malcolmmm
14/12/2021 17:36 | Yes, GC, NH & ME might be many things but amateurish idiots they are not. I've no worries at all regarding them having done sufficient DD and it should also be remembered that this deal was being negotiated over a course of many months and wasn't just a chap at the door scenario. Our board are a professional bunch of shrewd and very experienced operators so I've honestly no worries at all on that front. | ladeside
14/12/2021 17:08 | The RNS stated "Conditional only on shareholder approval, Grosvenor will invest £5.6 million (the "Subscription Funds") in the Company via a subscription (the "Subscription") for 561,505,950 new ordinary shares (the "Subscription Shares") in the Company at 1.0p per Subscription Share (the "Subscription Price")." As shareholder approval has been given, it would appear to be a legally binding deal. But of course, if they are unable to produce the funds for any reason, then I daresay they would be able to walk away. However, I would be very surprised if that was the case. It is probably legal stuff that's holding it up. | vatnabrekk
14/12/2021 17:04 | Ironveld Chief Executive Martin Eales adds: "We are delighted to be able to announce this transaction today ---- What does this mean. is it a legal transaction or what? | malcolmmm
14/12/2021 16:24 | Does anyone know if any sort of contract/ formal agreement recognised in law, of intent etc has been signed by both parties or can GROSVENOR RESOURCES just walk away. | malcolmmm
14/12/2021 16:16 | I would have thought that Ironveld would have done due diligence on GROSVENOR RESOURCES in that they were capable of acquiring or have the money for their investment in Ironveld but they should not imo have announced the deal until it was done. I am thinking of taking out a limit short order of below 8p just in case as the deal seems to be taking some time for some unknown reason By the way I was way too hasty on ai101uk's research , he did a very good job imo. I was looking to see if any shorts had been taken out on these. none shown on short interest tracker. | malcolmmm
14/12/2021 15:07 | Blue by the end of the day I reckon. | logica2me
14/12/2021 14:58 | I'm still quite relaxed about things, but having said that, I completely understand the frustration of others. Give it another week without any progress and I'll be joining the dissenters myself. I've probably been pretty fortunate in as much as I've spent 3 of the last 4 weeks in various Spanish resorts, so maybe I've been able to keep myself distracted as opposed to watching the kettle as it were. (Don't mention the bloody passenger locator forms). Good to see there's still a few of us old Chaco / Amerisur guys around and hope that we'll all be rejoicing sooner rather than later.... | ladeside
14/12/2021 12:16 | Judging by the share price reaction every time they tweet it doesn't cut it with anybody else either. Does Clarke care about his reputation or does he just like the chase? | aceuk
14/12/2021 12:13 | Private investors being treated like mushrooms yet again. You can bet that John Wardle at Tracarta knows exactly what is going on and why this transaction is now almost two weeks late in completing. Sorry, but Tweets don't cut it with me. | annie38
14/12/2021 00:12 | Hi bwd, Not put off, there's just a point where the argument becomes pointless and loses it's entertainment value ;-) I think post 4721 is worth a read, possibly along with what ResearchGuru said if you haven't already. I do wish RG had engaged further rather than just going dark when challenged though. Thembi is an enigmatic guy. If you want to start digging for youreself, start here: b2bhint.com/en/compa Hope life and investing aren't treating you too badly, starting to look like the band are getting back together. | al101uk
13/12/2021 19:35 | Al101You can post any time you like, as far as I am concerned. I didn't get a chance to digest the recent info but all appeared to be in the public domain albeit with some digging on your part. Well done. Don't be put off.I did do a few searches to see what kind of profile our named investor had - and found nothing which was a surprise. Thought he might have a profile in SA, at least. | bigwavedave
13/12/2021 16:27 | Nope, I've lost my words again. Removed 4735 & 4732 as neither reflect my opinion and my point appears to have been several miles too high. Good luck all LTHers... you know who you are. | al101uk
13/12/2021 16:26 | 157,091 sold was you and someone snapped up nearly double straight after you sold. What does that tell you?. There will be loads more buys to come in my opinion. | luckyabbeygale
13/12/2021 16:20 | There are going to be loads of buyers here. You can not stop them no matter what you post. | luckyabbeygale
13/12/2021 14:27 | "For what it's worth, I just listened to the ME interview again and cards on the table, had another top up, so I'm pretty much 100% still keeping the faith...." You can thank me later for getting your shares so cheap Ladeside. You'll notice I reversed my view once you were in and the price started to rise again, so it all went to plan ;-) Seriously though, cheers for the comments. All the funding finalised and a concrete plan for production all at once would make you ecstatic I'm sure... me... not so much. Let them take their time, or at least one thing at a time eh? | al101uk |
