An interesting piece of that KZG RNS,

This investment into Kazera by the Namibian investment partners is part of a much larger group of strategic investments which is expected to complete at the same time.

The consequence of the large sums involved is that the Namibian Central Bank and the participating commercial banks are undertaking significant due diligence procedures, which has been the cause of the continued delay in completing the transaction. The Company now understands that the transaction has been approved by the Central Bank and that the sending bank, which is EU based, has similarly completed its due diligence processes.

Lots of big trades appearing late on today, something is definitely happening behind the scenes although unsure if positive or negative.

My own thoughts are that a deal has been done and we'll find out shortly, either that or Align are moving money around as part of the recent restructuring of their Ironveld holding, which ironically seems far from transparent.

Really weird price action and spreads the past few days, if I didn't know better I'd be wondering if either a placing or the JV had been agreed at around the 0.65 level ??

Still, I'm sure all will be revealed shortly.....

In response to the subtle de-ramping over on LSE, I'd like to point out that the 0.65 trades are in fact "buys", I know this for a fact as I've had two top us myself at 0.65 which are both showing as sells.

Over and above this the coronavirus situation in SA currently is completely under control, similar to us, they had a peak around mid January but it has then declined rapidly and things are now opening up again over there (similar to here).

We all know things take time here and most of us are still well under water as it were, however what we don't need is blatant misinformation and doom mongering so as certain people can pursue their own agendas.
