I agree, get the end of November out the way and announce a new deal on better terms

The only way to interpret the RNS is that WE walked away from the 0.42 deal and as such must have a better deal on the horizon.

The RNS further confirmed that IIG had the major funding in place to proceed, so again there's no way they've walked away from purchasing half the company at a 60%+ discount to it's current market value (at the time of announcement).

Mmmm not so sure Lakeside last details I can see after checking is cash of 100k and forecast loss for 2021 of 700k so at some point there will be a crunch which will either require a discounted placing or directors to loan the company the 1-2 mil or something similar to what was being discussed re a farm in whereby so much of the company will be given up in exchange for financing.

The other possible risk is if no funding forth coming directors could let it go under and then buy out of administration for buttons.

If short term funding was an issue then I don't think we'd have walked away from the deal, nothing to worry about there I wouldn't think.

Covid cases in the Limpopo province are currently at the lowest level in South Africa as far as I can see.

Something seriously wrong if they can't get a vanadium project funded in the current green / climate change environment

Having read and re-read the RNS several times I think you can take from it what you want depending on whether you're a glass half full or half empty type of person.
Certainly all still to play for, and those assets are if anything appreciating in value and have certainly not disappeared.

The market reaction may not say so, however it's pretty obvious on reading the RNS that it's GC who's walked away from the deal and not IIG.

As such,it should be taken as a huge positive that we're not willing to accept giving away half of the company for a ridiculous 0.42p.

For those of us who were in Amer for years, we've become accustomed to the vague Rns's and company updates, especially when there's something big going on in the background, personally I think there's good times ahead and all will be revealed over the coming weeks.

The traders and those in for a quick buck may not be happy and may have shipped out, however as an investment prospect the update can only be perceived as positive......

Errrr is this the same John Casey who a few months back was ramping to anyone who was clueless quotes such as "bid coming at 5p,10p 50p" on a daily basis who now seems to have done a u turn and is convinced its a crock on the verge of going under which it took a step closer towards today.
