I'm buying for the lithium. But those gold drill results today are certainly not to be sniffed at. Some really high grade areas and long intersections which looks promising. Will likely added a few more this week.

Yes...

seems to have risen on the Gold news although last year's re-rating was probably news around Lithium. I anticipate being in long term because I wanted some exposure to lithium

Just bought some of these 43,027 @ 12.2p

They have announced the start of a new drilling campaign this week focused on their lithium assets.

The lithium market is extremely hot at the moment and currently this hasn't spilled over to these.

Thanks for trying to provoke some discussion with a new thread VV.

As you say, we have a fine portfolio of assets and although the SP-action has been frustrating at times, value should prevail in the end.

A new thread perhaps for a new lease of life.

Highly promising Ivory Coast gold assets, first mover advantage in Chad (gold) and world class lithium in Ghana.
Undervalued, underresearched and still off radar in my opinion - one to watch into 2021.

Good luck investors existing and new and please DYOR.

I would imagine that if he went through anything that might affect the Company's finances, they would be obliged to inform the market. Does anyone know these rules ?

"mutual agreement" is the phrase that I associate with, 'resign or be sacked', a CFO under normal circumstances, doesn't just quit the gravy train on the spur of the moment. I guess we'll never know what's behind it.

Although S0LG hasn't dropped like IRR.
Mutual consent sounds like pushed, suddenly pushed too, then SOLG whose largest shareholder is BHP as well, curiouser and curiouser. Not sure if I'm brave enough

IronRidge Resources building strength in gold and lithium

The association looks to build a strong pan-European battery industry to capture a market expected to be worth €250bn per year from 2025

IronRidge Resources Ltd - IronRidge Resources joins European Battery Alliance

IronRidge Resources Limited (LON:IRR) said it has been accepted as a member of the European Battery Alliance (EBA250).

The EBA250 network brings together interested stakeholders, industry specialists and participants from both the public and private sectors, with more than 400 participants across the EU battery value chain.

The scope is to build a strong pan-European battery industry that can help the region capture a growing market expected to be worth €250bn per year from 2025.

The AIM-listed firm said membership will provide access to a network of potential industrial, academic and government partners throughout the value chain, from mining to recycling, as well as market research information, visibility and cooperation opportunities.

It also gives access to InnoEnergy Venture Capital Community and potential alternate funding sources.

“In welcoming IronRidge to the EBA250 club, we recognise the potential and emerging importance of the West African region as a stable supply of raw materials for the European battery industry,” said EBA250 programme director Thore Sekkenes.

Shares advanced 1% to 15.4p on Thursday at the opening bell.

I would add that markets will sharply correct just before and during the US elections. I am anticipating problems in series throughout the elections such as "vote rigging" (according to trump) and possible second Covid 19 wave that will make voting physically very difficult. I could see the US elections becoming a circus where everything is muddy and nothing solved towards Christmas. This will be when gold will become the safest refuge and where to invest. For IRR, one may enter at twice its price today.

IMO IRR will become one of the best gold miner to own. The quality of its mining areas and diversity for any geopolitical risk (various countries) are unique.

Phenomenal results, 270g/t over 5m. If you read that at 500m at 2.7g/t you’d fall off your chair. KBC have an institutional buyer into them, so expect them to dominate the RSP this morning...
