On other boardGreat link Simonm, I found this on the IPO."Sumitomo holds a 49% interest in Oresteel Investments and Oresteel in turn holds a 52.43% interest in Assore. Accordingly Sumitomo will in addition to its direct investment interest in IronRidge, hold a relevant interest in Assore's shares in IronRidge. Sumitomo's undiluted total actual and deemed relevant interest in IronRidge will, following the IPO, be between a minimum of 37.5% and 43% which will require shareholder approval."That puts Sumitomo's holding up to about 19.38%.From Sumitomo's website...."Iron ore is the main raw material for manufacturing steel products. Since it is not currently produced in Japan, we have no choice but to depend on imports. Japan's annual usage of iron ore for the production of iron products is 120 million tons, while in China it has reached approximately 1.0 billion tons. In the face of China's increasing influence in the international market, further sources of stable resources must be secured by Japan. Sumitomo Corporation both trades and invests in the iron ore business to contribute to the sound development of Japanese industries through a stable supply of iron ore."I can see them increasing their stake as asset values become even more evident!!! I find it interesting that DGR also back Solgold, another amazing company with great prospects. I think my investment strategy on this one might be balls deep!!! DYOR peeps, GLA!

(would seem likely after this poor start).
