27/7/2016 20:15 | I realise that they might not be able to answer fully or if not at all. It's just the fact they not at all replying. If I asked the question has the 48 holes been drilled. yes or no. Is that price sensitive as the data would still have to be sent for analysis. It wouldn't give me any advantage as it would be pure guesswork how long the analysis is etc. A lot of pi's seems to think price sensitive infomation includes asking what time did he arrive at work this morning. There is a lot of stuff they could answer, but probably not in the fear of it being misinterpreted so they won't answer. | nesty1760
27/7/2016 20:08 | Companies do reply but usually with the response - we cannot divulge due to price sensitive information - I asked a CEO of TTR about a sudden price drop and he answered my email after the RNS was issued. If you get a response before an RNS I would get out immediately as trust would become an issue never mind legality | panic investor
27/7/2016 19:57 | Nesty m8 let me tell you I did the same wiv my other share they did respond wiv a genuine answer prob was others did too and it went on Twitter this was 2 weeks ago share price went down coz peeps knew they could put there money elsewhere for a couple of weeks ,, it would be wrong of them to as info like that is price sensitive I hope this helps I tell truth 😀 Can't answer wat they got but they are right to release as and when m8! | glenkaz
27/7/2016 19:38 | I am a bit disappointed that IRR haven't replied to my JORC communication I wrote on Sunday to them. Though I tend to find if an RNS is imminent which covers your questions a company tends not to reply. Maybe they think it looks stupid for them to reply so close to an RNS, so they tend to ignore & let the RNS do the talking. Let's hope I am being ignored for a reason! | nesty1760
27/7/2016 19:26 | Agree with you I have changed my investing strategy now. I firstly look at is the cash in the company ok and the BOD & propects of the company. I have to say IRR ticks all the boxes. Cash in the bank, great assets and a decent BOD. One objective they appear to have fatten up the company for down the road selling. Hopefully billions in this case. Also to add to the mix the lack of shares in circulation. This can be disastrous if mega bad news comes and you are screwed getting out. However in IRR is a case it's a complete bonus as all you need to do is hold your holding and letting the MM's try to prise your hands open to get your shares. I am hard pushed to find a share on AIM which offers so much! | nesty1760

Alliance News21 July, 2016 | 5:09PM Email Form LONDON (Alliance News) - Low-cost African airline Fastjet PLC on Thursday said it raised GBP19.2 million via a placing and open offer, with the latter at a significant premium. Fastjet said it raised GBP15.0 million via the placing, conducted via an accelerated bookbuild by investment bank Liberum Capital Ltd. In addition it will raise GBP4.2 million via an open offer. Executive Chairman Colin Child agreed to subscribe for 140,000 shares at the issue price as part of the placing, his only holding in the company. The shares were placed at 50.00 pence per share, a significant premium to the company's closing price of 23.13p on Wednesday. Shares in Fastjet closed up 43% to 33.00p after the news. The funds will be used for working capital purposes and to back Fastjet's revised business plan, which includes the introduction of a new type of aircraft to its fleet and the relocation of its head office in the UK to Africa. Fastjet said despite the ongoing cost reduction programme at the company, plus a recent reduction in routes and fleet size, the company continues to be cash flow negative. The funds raised will therefore provide essential working capital for Fastjet to pursue its strategy. | big bull billy
