17/9/2013 09:54 | I have these but don't get too carried away with the percentage profit rise. Its totally misleading - like any company that is moving from loss through breakeven to profit, the percentage rises appear spectacular. Can't quarrel with the undervaluation though, particularly if the revenue & ebitda growth continues through to year end. Double positive, with costs controlled, high recurring revenue and starting to grow. Top of leaderboard atm as well, not sure last time I had one of those. | yump
17/9/2013 09:42 | mkt cap is just £1.3m but should be nearer £2m based on current profits alone. | excellance
17/9/2013 09:38 | (the "A Ordinary Shares") in issue that are not admitted to trading on AIM. | mistermagoo3
17/9/2013 09:37 | Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 168,752,662. The above figure of 168,752,662 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. In addition to the Ordinary Shares, the Company has305,000,000 A ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each (the "A Ordinary Shares") in issue that are not admitted to trading on AIM. The A Ordinary Shares rank in priority to the Ordinary Shares with respect to any distribution of assets of the Company on a winding-up and have no rights to attend and vote at general meetings of shareholders of the Company, but otherwise rank pari passu in all respects with the issued Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid on the Company's share capital Snipet from past news...... | wisteria2

17/9/2013 09:33 | According to their website, 168,752000. So market cap is tiny. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 09:31 | So including the A shares how many in Issue? | wisteria2
17/9/2013 09:28 | Mally6 Totally agree, I think this could be a 10 bagger with this growth. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 09:26 | Market makers are bidding for stock, 17m already traded, only 84m free float shares available, I reckon someone is short big time. But backs to facts profit up 269%, £1.2 m cash, fast growing sector. Market cap is peanuts. | montyhedge

17/9/2013 09:19 | The person who bought 811,244 shares may have put a stop loss on right away and then it got triggered....or they are just plain CRAZZZZY!!!! | fenseal3
17/9/2013 09:11 | Panic buying followed by panic selling. Some people just can't wait to lose their money! | ray164
17/9/2013 09:05 | 811,244 shares bought 15 minutes ago for 0.85p ...... Sold a few minutes ago for 0.788p ... | poppa wobbler
17/9/2013 09:01 | 168,75200 in issue, 49% available to trade, 10% 16m already traded. So is someone short? Ouch. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 08:50 | Profit up 269%, £1.2m cash, fast growing sector, market cap tiny for a software company. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 08:48 | mally6. I did the calculations re A shares somewhere on this thread - (or a previous one - cannot now remember where) They have cash rights in certain circumstances -So suggest you check them out. | pugugly
17/9/2013 08:47 | Oregano. Your data is becoming obsolete rather quickly! ;-) | beangrinder
17/9/2013 08:46 | I see this straight to 2p without stopping, £1.2m in Cash. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 08:44 | U still have to factor those shares as market cap - that is unavoidable - so around 470mill shares here - But not for me - good luck to those in! | tomboyb
17/9/2013 08:41 | class a shares not tradeable | mally6
17/9/2013 08:41 | Tom. Oregano has already factored those shares into his analysis. | beangrinder
17/9/2013 08:39 | I would be interested had it not been for the fact that there are also 305mill class A shares - so current cap will probably be around 4.5mill - | tomboyb
17/9/2013 08:37 | Looked at this, market cap is crazy, should be trading around 2.5p. They have turned a corner. | montyhedge
17/9/2013 08:35 | So mkt cap = £3m, less cash of £1.2m, Enterprise value = £1.8m. EBITDA annualising around £0.5m, so EV/EBITDA of 3.6x. software businesses typically trade on EV/ EBITDA multiples of over 10x. So a share price of 2p would be appropriate. | oregano |
