21/2/2014 17:28 | Oh com on Gary it has narrowed to 52/59 :) | badtime
21/2/2014 15:50 | The thing I like about this stock is the narrow spread!! :-) 51.75-59 as I type. | gary1966
21/2/2014 09:37 | Great call yesterday on the SHA thread Sky. Preffereds covered 1.21 times NAV. @ 54p any buys covered 2+ times. Still a huge punt. Cerberus could just order a fire sale and wipe out ords and prefs. The management have had years to sort this problem out yet the sales trickle. Hardly a state of panic at the board of IERP at the risk of wiping out thier shareholders. | mozy123
21/2/2014 09:19 | Thts nearly ten grand u found down the back of the sofa sky :) | badtime
21/2/2014 09:13 | Kenny, It is a punt, maybe a punt that will pay off, but it is certainly not anywhere near a no-brainer! The company is in a bad way and the prefs are along for the ride. | scburbs
21/2/2014 09:08 | Also, with the portfolio valuation now at a net yield of 8.32%, excluding voids at 14.8%, that should prove pretty attractive for refinancing. In reserve, so to speak, is the 14.8% of the portfolio that is void, which will improve LTV or net required for refinancing by either being let or sold - whatever figure they achieve on a sale or let. IERP may not quite be a no-brainer but close! | kenny
21/2/2014 08:49 | I hold these from 44.30 - I turned down a purchase @48p earlier in the week thinking they might come back a bit - trades @53p going through this morning - heyho! | skinny
21/2/2014 08:44 | Yes, they have more than one iron in the fire, in terms of refinancing. | kenny
21/2/2014 08:31 | The ism sounds hopeful | envirovision
21/2/2014 00:52 | Recovery perhaps? Some comment: hxxp://www.whichinve | kenny
19/2/2014 15:07 | BT - I wish!!! Of course, I have been known to support other people's chateaux and vineyards... | skyship
19/2/2014 10:36 | Gary i think tilts actually rounded it up as well ..have you visited his chateau and vineyard? PS i nibbled on a few first up...i see the 'Sky' effect has moved the share price up | badtime
19/2/2014 09:34 | Lol sky, last of the big spenders | envirovision
19/2/2014 09:18 | 0.01%, crumbs you're wealthier than even I thought Skyship. I will pay even more attention than I already do to the stocks you are invested in. :-) | gary1966
19/2/2014 08:04 | Won't quibble over a decimal point! AlanJi feels there may be value in the ords; so if he is right then obviously the prefs have total value. There are 29.1m of these, so it would take quite a writedown to leave them totally underwater. | skyship
18/2/2014 21:45 | It's only a 0.1% unit for SKY! | tiltonboy
18/2/2014 21:12 | Sky...u feeling flush? Punt at £4500 quid :) | badtime
18/2/2014 20:45 | Thanks SKYSHIP | spittingbarrel
18/2/2014 18:15 | As per Post No. 16: | skyship
18/2/2014 18:13 | Does anyone know where I can find a prospectus for this Pref? | spittingbarrel
18/2/2014 16:09 | I reckon it could be time to have a few - a total punt in my book, but the Risk/Reward makes it a reasonable play, so bought 10k @ 45p. | skyship
18/2/2014 15:58 | Latest disposal does inspire some credibility | envirovision
18/2/2014 15:56 | Latest RNS sale of asset at £6 million in Czech. At this rate refinancing will be achived end March which ,if ok, will see this price go to £1.00. Currently 44p paying 18% annually the prefs are a great bet on the recovery-could be the best property bet this year ! | loobrush |
