Further to the announcement in relation to the recommended proposals for the 
reconstruction and winding-up of the Company made on 11 August 2010, the 
Company confirms that, to facilitate implementation of the Scheme and as set 
out in the circular to the Company's shareholders dated 11 August, 2010, 
settlement of trades in the Ordinary Shares through CREST have been suspended.
