The Company announces that, on 4 June 2010, it repurchased 99,000 Hedge Fund 
Shares of 1p each at 106.1p per share, to be held as Treasury shares. 
 
The total number of Hedge Fund Shares held in Treasury following this 
repurchase is 1,199,000. 
 
The total number of Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding 
1,199,000 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 13,796,086. 
 
Global Equity Shares 
 
The Company announces that, on 4 June 2010, it repurchased 225,000 Global 
Equity Shares of 1p each at 106.3p per share, to be held as Treasury shares. 
 
The total number of Global Equity Shares held in Treasury following this 
repurchase is 2,825,000. 
 
The total number of Global Equity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue 
(excluding 2,825,000 Managed Liquidity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 
32,418,164.
