i cannot see how the volume today and buy/sell ratio can result in such a huge drop!!

Kirk - cant be news out....Interserve are essentially in 'quite period' before results. hence why the share price is getting played.

Juggler...totally stunned!

at the very worst they might have to have a RI at SOME stage - like Capita...but I still insist that price was when the share price was miles higher!!

Capita turning...but hadnt expected them to drop below £2!!
all one great game when there is uncertainty and many very small RIs sold and probably panicked.
BUT I can bet the buy to sells at COB today will favour buys so I dont get it!

amazing....trades of £1000 pulling the price down and STILL by miles the biggest trades are BUYS....just shows how program trades can play an SP!!
Capita seems to be turning and 'over cooked' will Interserve follow.

I agree with you cfc1 on Govt screwing their suppliers. Also I have the idiot filtered for some weeks now as he is not just nuisance here but elsewhere too.

However -18% is a nightmare. Certainly not buying "for the bounce". Best see where it settles first.

this is an oppty for Interserves CEO when she visit cab office (and she does) to strongly advise that the practise of screwing suppliers for v low margins with huge risks/penalties need to change.. Suppliers find it HARD to simply walk away but now is the time they SHOULD!

of course the MM's love this....people start selling, then people panick and get out at any price and before then a reversal happens and it has to sooner or later.
but yes Capita rattled the market ..but we KNEW the CEO was going to radically shake thimgs up and the market Capita play in is being replaced by BPS/BPA and new cloud solutions...Their model had to change!

Everything re services & construction is being played at the mo, thing is if they have anything to hide there in the limelight now so a few CEO's will be having sleepless night imho.

Think a rights issue announcement is imminent. I hope so anyway otherwise this is headed back to the 70’s

Following Capita's Double Whammy today, it appears the industry recognizes that they have to 'fix the roof while the sun is still shining' (to avoid a Carillionlike bankruptcy). Many believe Interserve will do similar to survive and recover.
It may be that it's like comparing Apples and Oranges,but almost the whole sector has gone Pear-shaped and there may be Banana skins to circumvent!
I plan to re-invest after any future RI. GLA
