Run back to opti the loss making, no money and placing after placing, chasing a dream.

Seen loads of companies like Opti fail but then again TW is in the know so must be a winner.

Let's not beat about the bush here, the global economy is failing, stock markets are taking an absolute battering, yet this TECH stock is still growing at an impressive rate.

Yet we get moans and groans omfg !!!!

Let's see what offer is on the table come March shall we.

Good that this time they have given a cash figure-E19m up from the June figure of E15m thus confirming what they said in the interims that cash would improve in H2.
However I was expecting it to be much more given the E17m cash injection in August and we will not get the true picture till they publish the financials so we can see the level of bank borrowings(which remember at June 30 were a high E13.7m close to the E15m Barclays limit), payables and receivables.
In short the cash position does not want me to buy more.
PS I am assuming that the E17m cash injection was disbursed; given that cash spent on all investments in H1 was E9m, difficult to see how they have spent all the E17m in H2.
PPS Be interesting to see the receivables figures after we were guided in the interim results call that they would fall in H2.

Doubt Tosca will be happy with the leak because it has increased the average offer. Have management shot themselves in the foot? If Tosca were smart (doubtful) they would walk away and watch it slide and come back to the table.

People keep going on about shorting this stock.. WELL YOU CAN"T.
Certainly not with IG!
Haven't been able to do so since Christmas... you needed to be in when TW first highlighted it.

Doubt it will help buyers.

Sparky, the CEO owns the most here, Tosca only own around 7%, Penta and Tosca will be the ones putting the cash up if any offer goes in, the CEO will stick with what he has I guess and possibly get diluted down the line.

Well with , tosca, norges, L&G, Schroders and maj that is 90.39 % accounted for.

Still got 3 other possible IIs to release holdings
