Internet Business Group plc: Exercise of Options

The company announces that on 29 September 2003, it allotted 408,290 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the company pursuant to the exercise of
options under the 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. It is
expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence at 08.00 on 6
October 2003.
