07/11/2018 09:49 | Yes, saw that Poikka Closed short yesterday afternoon and not looking at strength into going long. | yopf
07/11/2018 09:01 | Flexible office space set to soar. | poikka
06/11/2018 11:59 | Watching to see if the fall will gather pace | yopf
06/11/2018 11:25 | I don't think I'd be happy with the massive gap down on opening. Yes it's been a big riser but well oversold now. Certainly potential for a pull back to 246 today or tomorrow but be wary of a fall through the gap. | yopf
05/11/2018 23:15 | interesting the amt of ceo buying...when is the 3rd qtr tu? | eentweedrie
05/11/2018 08:36 | Splitting rumours - maybe the company might like to issue a statement, but then he's a law unto himself. | poikka
26/10/2018 08:25 | I would imagine they will go private at some stage buying back shares at these prices makes a deal more likely | fred177
26/10/2018 06:37 | Seriously, wtf is going on here? Does Dixon want to take this private, or just want to make it t/o proof? | poikka
24/9/2018 10:02 | And this AM already some 20m shares traded with the share price flying. Think I'll have a coffee and settle down. | poikka
21/9/2018 16:39 | Oh hello, what's up now? Tosca Fund lifting its stake a tad. Fingers crossed, could do with a nice exit. | poikka
08/8/2018 12:38 | The fact 'management' have their own skin (not just bonus's) in the game, makes an offer price more realistic, with one who knows an obtainable value. True they have to sell themselves better, particularly in the UK. Visited their office in Geneva once and was impressed. Perhaps individual experiences while real, are not significant looking at the big picture. (medium term) | inki
08/8/2018 09:22 | I'm a small business and just leaving them. Customer service is the worst ever, post kept going missing, calls not properly diverted, no customer point contact and they tie you in for long contracts. They are twice the price of a local office I am changing to. If my experience is the same others are facing they are on borrowed time | keystone123
07/8/2018 16:34 | Lets hope so. I used to use them for hot desking but stopped as i find tnem soulless places compared to the other players. They are definately designed more for larger companies than the creative gig economy....which is not a bad thing in itself....but just not where the growth seems to be right now. I am holding on for a buy out. | dtaliadoros
07/8/2018 12:45 | they admit the UK is a problem having to shut centers while they refurbish has big costs and no income, this should be mostly done by the end of this year and they can move on, they expect second half profit of 100 million making it 160 million for the year, I've been holding for a long time and was somewhat frustrated that a deal didn't get done north of £3.25, but there is clear confidence from the board that they are building a sustainable business which will have clear advantages in terms of network offering to corporate's and overhead cost control economies of scale, i'm staying with this and wouldn't be surprised if bidders emerge again after 6 months | fred177
07/8/2018 07:58 | What a dissapointing stock. Work space ss a service is a hot sector yet this one continues to languish. I am not totally suprised, the business as it is cannot compete with the more dynsmic operators out there. In my mind this only has vslue to companies will to come in and turn their portfolio into more enticing workspace. Has anyone visited or used an IWG office recently? I was in one in the city last wewk and shocked to see how empty it was | dtaliadoros
06/8/2018 06:55 | looks that way. not exactly unexpected - M.D. is the type who would push price to the nth degree | eentweedrie
06/8/2018 06:33 | Monday morning wake-up call.. no offer is forthcoming? | technowiz
05/8/2018 15:14 | 2 days now - holding firmly either way. | eentweedrie
02/8/2018 19:29 | So, looks like we're going to have to wait until Tuesday - results day. Something might leak to the weekend press, but I won't lose any sleep. Bit of a rough day, after a good run. Such is life. | poikka
