To make it very clear we the shareholders are losing £1 yes £1 and guess who benefits.....the Buying Group..and guess who is a member of the buying group...

Rolf Nordstrom the major shareholder in IRE.

Whatever happened to fair and reasonable...the shareholders are being legged over with the loss of this £1

I have a few IRE shares held through the delisting.
I have not received a share certificate which on the IRE delisting timescale, should have happened around 12th May.
Has anyone received a share certificate ?

really a nasty way of trying to depress the IRE share price - totally in line with what we have seen before from this gang. how can the directors claim they are acting in the best interest of all shareholders with this decision???? shares now trading at less than 10% of claimed NAV - company´s finances in good shape and assets of reasonable quality - the only thing missing here is a respectable principal shareholder looking after ALL shareholder´s interest.

all quite here.
subsiduary results looked respectable to me not sure why ire results not announced
but should signal flat or marginal increase in nav unless i have reed completly
wrongly.

Surely was marked down too low after miniscule sales - not much wrong with todays figures and don't forget there may be a windfall from extra rent from the belgium building!
price is below recent director buys -
Small enough to be entrepreneurial but big enough to pull in the big money.
Divi hike as well - what more can one ask for!

Planning permission for the flats. The prime site was bought for a song and the value should increase just with the PP and then when they are built and sold
Where are all the Polish, Rumania, Turkish and other new diplomats from the EEC etc going to live as they all come in the market. They will not want to live in B and B's
Its worth reading the last few announcements & reports.
Brussells is well known to them (IRE) as you will see.
Theres no housing price crisis in Brussels!
Cash PLUS great assetts in at book value(I think) and incredibly low overheads.
Good div record as well. Next report will show assetts and possibly unrecognised ones as well as they have done befeore.
The main thing is the shadow/risk of litigation has gone.
We should be able to work out the assetts but I can wait for the proper one now!

Interims:More smart moves on the German front!
4 months to mediate claims in USA - that runs and runs!
Private? I wonder.
Report is pretty up beat despite the litigation, and what is certain is that all disputes eventully get settled one day.
If German election causes uncertainty then perhaps IRE will go to more Auctions.Certainly seem to have a confident mover in Germany & they were definitely one of the first to spot that the market lags the rest of Europe and is safer than the possible new entrants to the commumity. Great yields and div held again.
I wonder what the assetts will be at year end!!!
Good luck to all!
