Roadshow Announcement

International Personal Finance plc, rated Ba3 (stable) and BB (stable) by Moody's and Fitch respectively, has mandated City & Continental Ltd and Peel Hunt LLP to arrange a series of calls with sterling fixed income investors on 8, 9 and 10 May 2019. An issue of sterling retail eligible fixed rate, senior unsecured notes may follow, subject to market conditions. All or part of these notes may be offered in exchange for International Personal Finance plc's existing 6.125% notes due 2020.
