Dividend Declaration

The Company announced on 9 September 2016 the introduction of an annual dividend, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), to be payable through two distributions in January and August of each year. Shareholders approved this proposal at a General Meeting held on 29 September 2016.

In accordance with this policy, the Directors have today declared the first Interim Dividend for the period ended 31 August 2019 in an amount of 14.0p per Ordinary Share.

The first Interim Dividend will be payable on Thursday, 31 January 2019 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 21 December 2018 (ex-dividend Thursday, 20 December 2018).
