time will tell but as this was a cash shell how does that give you a true value when the intention is a reverse takeover as has happened here. Have you had the same experience with other cash shells??

A major problem is that Halewoods seem to have sold INB on to its clients at a price well above the tangible net assets (nta) at the time. When I checked the cash held at the time of flotation I believe it was only around the 2p a share mark. Therefore, any one buying from brokers such as Halewoods was paying a big premium to nta.

That is not to say in time that it won't turn out to be a money maker. However, as is often the case with these flotations it is better to wait until they have been on the market for awhile and established a track record before buying. Often the price drops back and they can be picked up cheaper than at flotation.

So far only davew has been in contact with me. To make a strong argument, i will need as much info as possible from more unhappy Halewood punters. My email is on post 53.

folks

not particularly in the business of complaining as i knew these were higher risk, what i would say is that what i've been sold in no way matched the portfolio criteria i gave to the broker. They have sold me what they wanted to offload it would seem. That said and considering i've not been badly burned yet i'd be tempted to see this go through and take the hit if it bombs. You guys with the previous losses will probably know better though. Management team being put in place and aquisition target looks to have potential for a longer play. How long have you been sitting on some of the other halewood stocks.

YES TOU ARE CORRECT ,THE VALUE IS 2pence.
IF ALL SHARE HOLDERS GIVE PROXY TO 3 JOHNNY IF HE WILL ACCEPT,HE CAN VOTE AT THE AGM AND REFUSE THIS VALUE AND DEMAND A VALUE YOU THINK FAIR BETWEEN 4 pence AND 6.25 pence WOULD BE CORRECT.

IF 3JOHNNY CAN NOT ATTEND THE AGM WE NEED TO FIND A SHAREHOLDER WHO IS PREPARED TO ATTEND AND VOTE AGAINST THE 2 pence. IT IS THE ONLY WAY.

WE DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THE 2 pence..

WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK ? NO POINT IN MOANING, WE HAVE TO VOTE AND DEMAND FAIR VALUE..

hayg,

not sure if you have e-mailed johnny yet be he is accumulating a list of Halewood disasters of which there appears to be a growing number. Don't know of many successes. For me they have not stated the risk of putting investors into high risk, highly illiquid stocks of which many of the samller AIM investments are. They can be highly lucrative but I do not know of any of these that have been tipped by Halewood.

I have spoken to CFA yesterday and they see this as a sound aquisition from their perspective. The placing price as I understand it will be 20p, so with the share consolidation does this effectively takes it to 2p as I understand the situation. It would appear that this becomes a hold and hope to see what the market does with these. I would need to get a highly unlikely 49p a share to get my investment back having bought from Halewood at 4.9p. Suspect Halewood have done their bit and will make off their warrants and fees. I have a couple of other halewood recommendations which are similar cash shells to these and am watching these at the moment. I'm glad I went with my gut feeling and limited myself to only a couple of these till halewood have proved themselves. Does anyone understand how they make from these or is it purely the fees for them. The broker I spoke to seemed to change his tune when he realised I had gone over the details of the deal in the placing proposal document ( not saying I understand too much of it ) but suspect that they rely on us not checking too much out. I'm afraid they won't be getting anymore of my hard earned until i see some performance from their recommendations. Good to hear someone has had something positive from halewood as I haven't seen anything as yet.

No, I'm afraid I don't have any contacts at any of those publications. I do have shares in three companies through Halewood. This strange beast; an even stranger one in NTE (they haven't done a thing since listing, just an empty shell losing money; and SER of which I do at least have some hopes - an oil and gas minnow making headway in the US of A.
I was offered shares in Tower at somewhere between 8-9p. I was told they would rise to 24-30p within 18 months. I declined, but bought in later independently when the price dropped to 5.25p. 14 months later they're still bobbling around the 3p mark having reversed into Icelandic VOIP enterprise Maskina. Certainly won't hit 8p this year, never mind 24p!

I HAVE PUT A CALL IN TO BILL THOMSON THE PROPOSED CHAIRMAN OF THE NEW COMPANY,HOWEVER HE DECLINED TO TALK TO ME [A LOWLEY SHAREHOLDER] AND HAD HIS PR MAN[GARETH DAVID] WHO WE PAY FOR ,, CALL ME INSTEAD.
HE WAS VERY UPITTY AND INSISTED THAT A 10 TO 1 SHARE EXCHANGE WAS FAIR AND A GOOD DEAL.???
WHAT DOES A PR BULLS%$£* KNOW ??
A POOR SHOW WHEN A COMPANY DIRECTOR REFUSES TO TALK TO A SHAREHOLDER, WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO HIDE? AND WHY SHOULD WE SHAREHOLDERS BE PAYING FOR A PR BULLS%&$" ANYWAY ?
IF WE DO NOT GET FAIR VALUE OF 2 TO 3 TIMES , RATHER THAN 1 FOR 10 WE SHOULD VOTE AGAINST AT THE AGM.
DOES ANYONE WANT MY PROXY AGAINST ? I AM OVERSEAS AND CAN NOT ATTEND THE AGM.

Have uou considered spilling the beans about shareholder anger to IC/Shares or FT for a bit of "leverage". There's nothing a company hates more than bad publicity!

3johnny,
THANKS FOR THE REPLY. CFA ARE THE ADVISORS TO INTERBULK AND ARE LARGELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 2pence VALUE IN THE REVERSE TAKE OVER DOCUMENT.[THEY WILL E/MAIL THIS DOCUMENT TO YOU IF YOU PHONE THEM]
CFA PROPOSE TO GIVE WE SHAREHOLDERS I SHARE FOR EACH 10 SHARES WE CURRENTLY HOLD, WE SHOULD RECEIVE AND WE NEED TO DEMAND 3.25 SHARES IN EXCHANGE FOR THE SHARES WE CURRENTLY HOLD AS THE VALUE AT SUSPENSION WAS 6.25 pence.
-
-it is interesting to note that the dutch shareholders are being paid in full.-
- so also are INBULK share holders being paid out in full.
ALL INTERBULK SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO PHONE CFA AND THE STOCKBROKER WHO SOLD THEM THE SHARES AND DEMAND 1 SHARE IN THE NEW COMPANY IN EXCHANGE FOR 3.25 SHARES THAT THEY CURRENTLY HOLD, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE WILL GET FULL AND FAIR VALUE, WE ALSO NEED TO DEMAND THIS AT THE AGM.

3johnny,
please let me have your e/mail and i will supply you with my history with interbulk in order that you can include it with your complaint to the FSA.

All stockholders at suspension of 6.25 pence should have this value transferred to the new deal, not 2pence, same as is now being offered to the institutions today.
we have all been taken for a ride and been treated as fools.

phone JAMES CATHIE 020 7090 7800 HE IS THE ADVISER TO INTERBULK FROM CITY FINANCIAL ASSC. MAKE A STRONG COMPLAINT.
CITY FINANCIAL HAVE MADE A SMALL FORTUNE OUT OF THIS AND ARE HAPPY TO LEAVE WE SHAREHOLDERS OUT IN THE COLD WITH A 4.25 PENCE LOSS PER SHARE.
