02/2/2006 12:34 | davew Would it be possible to put down what you bought at what price, when and current price. If you would prefer to do it privately i can give you my email address. I will then compile a report and send it to the FSA. | 3johnny
02/2/2006 12:07 | 3j, Virtually every share I have owned with Halewood has gone pear shaped. I had TTL who have gone to the wall (lost £3k). Setstone (STN) I've lost nearly £5k, same with CBO and RAF, TCH (now down at 1p, mostly bought at 5-6p), GTL, SKC,WTV,MVK and about another 4 stocks. Their record is absolutely shocking and their admin is a complete mess too. My worst losses are in TCH (currently down £30k). They tried to sell me INB but by this stage I'd had enough. And I bet these guys are all picking up great bonusues. John Halewood is the guy who should be made to pay IMHO dave | davew28
02/2/2006 11:52 | Anyone know of any other examples of Halewood incompetence or market manipulation? Please post. I will compile a log of what you weere offered and when and then complain to the FSA. | 3johnny

Webelieve that UTT's logistics infrastructure and management, strength in the Liquid Bulk market, ability to move into the complementary areas of the Dry Bulk market, plus the innovative technology created by Inbulk, will position the Enlarged Group as a global, full-solution provider for the movement of bulk commodities." INTRODUCTION The Company has entered into (i) the UTT Acquisition Agreement, pursuant to which it has conditionally agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of UTT for total consideration of Euro67 million (¿46.2 million) on a debt and cash free basis and (ii) the Inbulk Acquisition Agreement, pursuant to which it has conditionally agreed to acquire 85 per cent. of the share capital of Inbulk which it does not already own for total maximum consideration of ¿8.5 million, of which ¿4.65 million is being paid in Consideration Shares and cash on completion, and up to ¿3.85 million is being paid in Earn Out Shares subject to the Enlarged Group achieving certain earnings per share targets in the year ending 30 September 2007. The Company is raising ¿14.5 million by means of a Placing of 72,500,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 20 pence per share. Further details of the Placing are set out below. On 2 November 2005 trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares was suspended on AIM at the Company's request. The Board expects trading in the Ordinary Shares to re-commence today. In view of the fact that the Acquisitions will result in a change of control of the Company and a fundamental change in its business, the Acquisitions will each constitute a "reverse takeover" of Interbulk under the AIM Rules. The AIM Rules require that the Acquisitions are subject to the prior approval of Shareholders, which is to be sought at the EGM, and the publication of a new admission document. The Proposals are conditional upon the passing of the 2 resolutions by Shareholders at the EGM. If resolution 1 is duly passed at the EGM, Interbulk's existing share quotation on AIM will be cancelled and it will apply for the Enlarged Share Capital to be re-admitted to AIM. If resolution 1 is approved by Shareholders, it is expected that dealings in the Enlarged Share Capital will commence on 28 February 2006. IN OTHER WORDS 6P * 10 = 60+P AND NOW REDUCED TO 20P APPROX MAYBE - "HALEWOOD" NEEDS TO GIVE A HEALTH WARNING WITH ALL THEY SELL. | maxwell
