25/9/2020 08:12 | Stupid people don't understand that the app will generate a code people can scan at the airport or venue , they don't have to be tested at the venue or boarding gate, they could be tested wherever there is scanner available and the test code would be valid for 24 hours. | monkey puzzle
25/9/2020 08:09 | sdavis There is now a way this can be done see BUY thread and is being done More important though on inbound flights don't you think for the UK But for the USA or bigger countries agreed a much quicker 'on the spot' test would be just the ticket --- again there is one --- see BUY thread sdavis 25 Sep '20 - 05:02 - 12899 of 12917 Some useful clarification. I still feel that a lot more work needs to be done to explain how the "system" ensures the breath test taken relates to a specific and verified individual. Also, a lot more work required on specific use cases. For example, how would this work for an airline? - 300 people to be verified per flight - Say 1 minute per person = 300 minutes or 5 hours. | buywell3

25/9/2020 07:27 | sdavis that's not true. After that proactive interview there were very positive comments on social media and share price was stable so it went down well. It was after noon AGM that MMS and derampers had a frenzied attack on share price | oil be there

25/9/2020 07:13 | thanks for those aiming to clarify. I can see this having specific use cases rather than daily use but is still a game changer in terms of demonstrating an individual does not have covid. Like any system it is susceptable to fraud but his has been minimised, and the idea that someone who has symptoms gets someone else to do the test is, whilst possible, a tiny fraction in the bigger benefit picture. Flying now requires you to show a boarding pass and in many cases a declaration of travel history and lack of symptoms. This will be another document you show at check in, it ads no time and everyone knows you need it in advance. Airlines can already refuse passage so this adds no issue. Similar with other situations, show your ticket, show your test result... it will make a big difference in many situations but will not help in other very specific cases. thats not unusual. What does make a difference is the speed of result and the increase in testing potential it provides. | global nomad
25/9/2020 06:56 | This is a game changer . My local football club would get fans into the stadium if they get this and so would all the clubs in the league | jungmana

25/9/2020 05:02 | Some useful clarification. - So maybe 5 machines needed per flight if people have not verified elsewhere. - Will you be allowed on the flight if you have not taken the test? - If not, the airline will have to have the breath test kit and multiple people use it! - This will not work. Crazy thinking. And how will it work for football matches? You will be excluding the poor. That is SO unacceptable. So please, provide some realistic use cases rather than pie in the sky thinking. | sdavis |
