Instem plc (AIM: INS), a leading provider of IT solutions to the global life sciences market, announces that its Annual Report for the year-ended 31 December 2017, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and Form of Proxy for the AGM, was sent to shareholders on 30 April 2018.
