PDMR dealings

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.69 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 22,203,380 Ordinary Shares, which represents 18.94% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.

In addition the Company has been notified that Sophie Wilson, a person closely associated with John Wilson, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has also purchased 400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.06 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, John Wilson and his closely related persons' shareholding is 2,300,000 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 1.95% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.
