PDMR dealings

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 21,705,380 Ordinary Shares, which represents 19.7% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.

In addition the Company has been notified that Sophie Wilson, a person closely associated with John Wilson, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has also purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, John Wilson and his closely related persons' shareholding is 1,400,000* Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 1.3% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.

The above percentage holdings have been calculated using the total voting rights in the Company before the admission of Ordinary Shares to be issued in relation to the Company's strategic investment in ImpactScope and Share Subscription, both announced on 30 May 2024 at 7.01am and 7.02am respectively.
