My orders in.

Way more buys than sells yet price is down.

Whoever the buyer is that wants in they must have some clout.

The Mail on Sunday needs to explain that one, but they won't!!

Primary bid requires a discount to previous closing price, or Placing price, to function in its Placings, from what I can tell, but what were they to discount from without giving sensitive information away?

The Mail on Sunday article 2 or 3 weeks ago suggested the placing shares at 67p would be offered on Primary Bid.

Perhaps I missed that or maybe they were all snapped up by employees?

Leaving aside the first trade of the day, 2.5m shares which was declared as trade 27 there appears to have been good buying. I suspect a home has already been found for that trade which was put through at 67p the same as the placing.

Rather puzzling though.

Why do people get down voted? If you down vote (post #18), please add to the discussion immediately afterwards. Don't snipe, as we are all here to understand this stock. Thank you.

It makes you wonder parsnip. I tried to buy a small measly amount on Friday, and it didn't get filled until Monday, and then only after a very curious phone call from my Broker, despite a limit 1.5p above that advertised.

Seems tightly held. Almost like lowering for a decent buy. I bought 100k this week and last....none of them shown up. Hmmmm.....curiouser and curiouser.....

It is extremely rare to find any IPO or reverse takeover that isn't flipped.

Whilst I have no direct proof, the general consensus amongst PI's is that Brokers ''tip off'' clients and no doubt have a self interest, allegedly, in the same practice, despite assurances about safe and sticky hands.

Off course on AIM its usually a sticky wicket!

lti - you need to amend the INSG mkt cap in that last post! I wish it was £700m though!

74tom.Compared to Renalytix with almost zero turnover , losing £32m and a mkt cap of £700m.... yes, £700m Insig AI is very cheap

Not good if you want the price to go up immediately, but good if you want to accumulate. To be fair this a hard stock to value, huge potential but already discounting some news flow which has not happened yet. With the right news it will look very cheap, but at the moment it's not the best market for techs and the share price is still well up on the float price.

No surprise that the share price is in reverse now that the correct market cap is being displayed - £77m for a business with revenue of £969k in the latest half year period is pretty aggressive...

From the admission doc;

"Between being established in 2017 and 30 September 2020, Insight has been awarded consultancy contracts to five different clients and generated consultancy revenue of £4.5 million."

"The reduction in consultancy revenue in HY-21 is a consequence of the strategic decision by Insight to move away from consultancy projects to the development of proprietary software solutions for asset managers."

So what will the new run rate actually be? It isn't disclosed how much of the £969k in HY21 was consultancy vs software solutions. It'll be interesting to find out when the full year figures are reported.
