30/1/2004 21:26 | market cap was 2.6m, share issue 6 mil. so net value should be £0.43. Current price is 26/29 (spread 10%) gives a new new market cap £0.29*6,000,000= 1,740,000 After your information, would expect after a year the market capital sould shrink to 2 mil now, expect there will be a fund rasing or further share issue worth in the worst case 2.5m, plenty discount under the current price so institution would take it, so expect 2,5000,000 /20= 1,250,000 new shares. new market cap/ new share issue = 4,240,000 /7,250,000 = £0.58p !!! Nanu, what is wrong!? that share suppose to be not that good?! By the current price of 26p before or after fund rasing it would be very cheap, or the current price is over-done? Particularly when fund raising came in, a few more pennies will come off, which makes it appear very very cheap !!! Or is it not? Where is the catch? | ntkntk

30/1/2004 17:35 | Statement re Suspension in Share Trading The Board of Incite Holdings Plc, the mobile media specialists in the sports and lifestyle sectors, announces that the Company is in discussions which may lead to the acquisition of substantial mobile media assets. The Company is also undertaking a fundraising in connection with this acquisition and also the continued expansion of the business and its working capital requirements. In the light of these developments the Company considers it would be inappropriate to release its preliminary results as required by the AIM rules by the end of January until full details are available but they will be released as soon as practicable. Accordingly, the Company has requested AIM to suspend trading in its Ordinary Shares of 1p each on AIM until the Company is in a position to publish further information in relation to the above matters. 07/1/2004 23:08 | Le Mass, To be honest, don't blame you (given the "play" with the share price for no apparent reason) - considered my position also at the same time as yourself ... however ! I do believe that INC are onto a good thing, only time will tell if it is proven. Sure, it's a gamble with stocks of this nature, but i believe the potential upside is well worth the risk. | desperate dan
07/1/2004 12:10 | Sorry that you sold, yes that's the nature of the game knowing when to get in and out. Back in November the price went from 55.5 to 65.5 within a couple of days on a rumour of a deal to be announced. After no announcement the price dropped back again taking us back down to 46.5. Could be another possible rumour floating around regarding a possible deal? But as always its us small guys that are last to find out about it. Legalised robbery, I hold no feeling for these MM's | buyitbob
17/12/2003 23:07 | Le Mass : Must say that i agree totally. The price of INC has been moved around significantly with (apprently), no justification. Does ne1 know of any reason ? | desperate dan
17/12/2003 12:46 | I think it's a disgrace that they can drop the price with no apparent reason and manipulate the price with no relation to trades etc. What the hell is going on? 33% drop in a month for what? | le mass du pap
17/12/2003 09:40 | I've finally found their website after 4 months of searching for it! | lafiamma
