I agree with you lots on this: Teddy seems to wear a tinfoil hat and HC is not very good at keeping the investors happy and at stake. I disagree with you lots on this: the news are quite positive in my opinion and the company has potential. The first point above regarding HC is currently IDP's biggest and only issue I think and also the main reason for its current downtrend.

Teddy, forgive me if I do not take your advice but I am determined to stick by my new year's resolution of not listening to imbeciles. Sorry. I hope you understand.

KEMCHE -pay no heed of Greg as it is clear to me that he has an agenda He is shorting this share over and over again!

Already this year he and his mates have made a killing.

The share price was worked up by them to around 95P certain in the knowledge tjhat there would be something in the update that they could "work on" to get the share price right down again.

Anyone who cannot see this for themselves is in complete denial!

greg, do you see any downside here - if at all?

Is roots only a 1 million pa product though... even if it's hit 1.5 it's not enough to stop losses elsewhere..

yes Greg, we got that from the 120 odd(I kid you not) posts you've made since you sold out.

V risky but it has potential. Management need to get their act together but:

Skinny tan going into 1035 Boots stores from March (65 more than previously announced)

Retail channel sales increased by 36%, driven by Roots in boots.

DTC channels back to growth after issues.

Charles and Lee has EU approval

New prolong stock ready

Muz if you really think this is a good place to invest after all the antics then good on you... I hold a different view and have acted on my instincts. This company has lost all respect and all credibility imo.

As In stated some weeks back I do NOT at present hold this share. I must admit that I was half expecting this in the trading statement. Hopefully however ,this is where we draw the line in the sand and I expect to see big advances in the number over the next half year as business with their new trading partners really begins to kick in.

Having said all this ,this share has disappointed me many times in the last couple of years and I shall be waiting to see the proof that things have finally taken off before re-investing.!

Greg does not do subtle. Its a binary worldview. I laughed out loud when I read it.

As the ST orders are about to start rolling in for tanning season I would say low!

Looks like an important few weeks coming up

"The second half of the year has begun strongly through the DTC channel and detailed planning for the major launch of Skinny Tan in Boots is being finalised with the retailer. Opening orders will be received in the coming weeks, to be on its shelves (1,305 stores) from mid-February/early March 2019 to capitalise on the seasonal peak in self-tanning sales"

Getting a second wind Greg? I like the fact that you responded to Kemeche's mocking post.

I would not listen to hc, he has proven he can't be trusted. The numbers do not lie. This growth play is shrinking.

That's my reason for holding. On the face of it the company has made big strides in recent years. From this point on we need to see them deliver on top and bottom line growth now that NPD for the core products is complete and major retail distribution landed.
