Goboy,

Recent cosmetic corporate transactions have ranged between 2-4.5X revenues.

Growth here is unprecedented.

IDP should already be market capitalised at £200m and share price £16.89 on forward earnings.

This is like a coiled spring.

The above link is GNC the massive US healthcare/pharma that they have the initial agreement of 600 trial of their 6500 US stores.

The products being released are 5th & 8th of the best selling bodycare products on their entire website when you take out 6 or so own brand promotions.

So its a done deal that they will stock it in all 6500 stores.

In 2018 IDP will receive guaranteed minimum distribution revenues of $20m from PROS just for SE Asia, and most likely even more from other outlets for Europe, USA, Austrialia, New Zeland, South Africa, etc.

So IDP could be on $60m - $110m revenues next year 2018 and a takeover target.

18 months old but a few people have asked about the dragons den people retaining a stake

A fake tanning brand that claims to reduce cellulite and is backed by two Dragons’ Den investors has been taken over by global beauty giant InnovaDerma as the company seeks to expand into the US and enter the salon market.
InnovaDerma has bought 80pc of the business for an undisclosed sum. Dragons’ Den judges Piers Linney and Kelly Hoppen will remain shareholders, holding on to their 10pc stake.
“We have an interest in the ongoing business so the return on investment isn’t 'finalised’ as such yet,” said Mr Linney and Ms Hoppen in a joint statement.
Skinny Tan brought several dancing, bikini-clad models to their Dragons’ Den pitch, which was aired August 2013. The company had their pick of all five Dragons, raising £60,000.
The company’s new owner will inject up to £2m over the next 12 months.
“This will support Skinny Tan in the UK and, most importantly, develop new and exciting innovations and fast-track our professional salon Skinny Tan range,” said co-founder Louise Ferguson. “With InnovaDerma we can open up a whole host of territories.”
The company currently exports to Spain, Canada, South Africa and Dubai, posting revenues of £1m last year. Sales are forecast to more than double over the next 12 months to £2.2m.

Maybe one should look at other beaten down cos. off the radar, try ADGO., interesting technology, valuation way less than cash, although investment being pushed up, but client response pretty positive nonetheless!

Don't worry mate, I'm sure ur well on ur way with this one, just stupid banter, The figures do suggest upside, but trying to put on orders for even small sums difficult to fulfil, these days I try not to chase stocks in small caps. for that reason, but if they come back a tad I will endeavour to grab a grand or two, problem is when BBs. start ramping a stock the squeeze invariably is magnified, and market makers always manage to screw investors ultimately!

You only need to look at the 2010 sale of StTropez at £62m to see there is still massive value here.

Dig a tad below the surface and you will see there is also a lot more than just self tan products to this company

Very important also is the fact one of the latgest sales portals is their own website = massive margins.

Realistically the market cap could real hundreds of millions here!!

Keya did a brilliant comparison with another cosmetics company W7L whose market cap is £80 million and products far less superior than idp's.

Here we have a unique situation, high sales globally and products being sold out so quick they can't make them quick enough in an industry worth billions.

Now add to that the potential of the hair loss treatment ,again another industry worth billions waiting for FDA approval
In June and already proved to be 92% successful.

Next update will blow this away!!

Tip sheets generally act as a contrarian indicator, looks like every housewife and her shiatsu already in this one! Needs a rain check, even if SCSW. Shoves it a pop tomorrow, small punters always the first and last on-board, what I struggle to understand is that surely fake tan is easy to replicate, been around for years, there must be loads of brands out there!

Not sure there was enough decent info to warrant huge markup but we'll see... Good that tipsheets are getting onto this as people are beginning to realise it is not too good to be true - just too cheap! All imo...

Tipsheets ALWAYS add "speculative risk" or "not for widows and orphans" blah blah

it's like a disclaimer if it doesn't work out

They are hardly going to say "Guaranteed one way ticket to the moon"

Tipsheets don't have the impact they used to anyway so best not to expect to much.

Not that this needs help anyway

:O)
