Innovaderma signs a Heads of Agreement for High Value Distribution Deal for South East Asian Markets

"InnovaDerma™ has secured a significant distribution agreement to market and distribute its complete range of products into south-east Asia and Russia. The Heads of Agreement (HoA) signed between PROS International Company Ltd of Korea and InnovaDerma PLC in Sydney Australia provides exclusive distribution rights for InnovaDerma products for the territory that includes South Korea, Japan, China and Russia.

The HoA signed in Sydney between the two parties stipulates the distributor committing to purchase InnovaDerma’s existing and new products with a minimum revenue commitment by the distributor towards InnovaDerma™ of US $3.8m during 2016 increasing to US $10m in 2017 and US $20m in 2018. As part of the distribution deal, InnovaDerma™ will be appointing a GM for S E Asian region on an immediate basis to assist PROS in a full time capacity to monetise the relationship and to help the distributor secure early wins for both companies.

PROS international Company Ltd has been operating for over 15 years in South Korea with extensive distribution networks and relationships in retail distribution throughout the territory. Mr Han Kyo Lee, Managing Director of PROS International commented, “We have known InnovaDerma™ since the company started its operations, back in 2013 and have worked with Haris and his team very closely over the last few years, initially in the role of manufacturer and subsequently as a supplier and a trusted business partner. We have witnessed the rapid growth of InnovaDerma™ and with our decades of experience in the markets of South East Asia and Russia, our distribution network, market knowledge and a host of distribution opportunities already in progress, we believe we will get significant results in our territory and look forward to immediately getting to work”."


So revenues from PROS to IDP of:
$3.8m for 2016
$10m for 2017
$20m for 2018

And that is just for the territories of South Korea, Japan, China and Russia.

Imagine the same again for Europe and again for North America, and something for Australia, New Zeland and South Africa.

Could be $25m - $30m revenues for 2017 and $50m - $60m for 2018.

And profit margins are very high.

could be heading for a market capitalisation of several hundred million.

Steady as she goes, I think any dip will be bought as buyers will be more confident. I just added this morning and if the market lets me I will add further on any weakness.

Sell offs are on low vols, buy the dips here.

Ok I see update is next Wednesday, I guess buyers have that date in their minds, but really this should be about potentially large long terms returns.
