C+L added 100 FB follower in a day - from a base of just 800 that's pretty good - if they can get 25000 by the Xmas runup that would be good going.I'm predicting £8.5 to £9m revenue this year and £12m next year for ST and Leimo so if C+L/Stevie K and Prolong can add another 5% to revenue next year that would be great. They were bought for peanuts

Dilution is not a bad thing if what you get is worth more than what you pay for actually for small company is the most effective way to raise capital without annoying retail investor much better than borrowing on a higher interest rate and with possible % of interest affecting the profit for a number of years.
clearly you have an agenda of you missed the boat and not you are annoyed about but can find may more risk in this that you can ever think and still the ratio risk reward is good
managing expectation and gossips can be tricky on this one

I've noticed increased FB followers of Charles+Lee. From very small numbers but adding 40-50 a day. To compare ST was getting about 150-200 new followers a day after Xmas and now about 350 a dayAlso they are getting daily sales on CL.com.au - in April there were virtually no sales - now it's about $200-$300 a day. It's small beginnings but the only way is up :)

hardly dumping is it offloading a few %? And why not lock in some gains?
