I don't think that's a fair statement, I think the USA could be a big market. If we get the news that Skinny Tan is to be rolled out to all GNC stores, that'd be bound to have a positive effect on the shareprice

There's no market for this product outside of the UK and Northern Europe.People are going to be disappointed. And the warning signs were there when you look at what the company was begore, and how it was exposed whilst it was global brands.Be Careful

Those results next month have already been caveated by management with lots of costs, so they won't be good.Market cap around £16m and revenue £6.5m I estimate, it's still looking expensive to me.I think because the price got so high, now with it halved, punters think it looks cheap. On raw figures, market wants a lower price for that risk.£1 or less for me to rejoin.

I've dipped a toe back in the water, whether this is premature or just a bad idea full stop, time will tell!

I've been puzzled up to now as to whether the board is crooked or just inept, and I now believe it is the latter, which is the lesser of two evils.

Not quite a good entry point yet, IMO, but when this boils down to just the tanning stuff, there is a business there and maybe a very profitable one down the road. I am waiting for a fund raising. The nature of that and the quality of investors may show whether this board is as dodgy as they look, and many think, or capable of realising the potential of the product.

Now looks a good re-entry point.The board look lightweight, but the tanning product is good, they are selling through good channels with good margins. It got ahead of itself and may need to raise more funds, but the market cap is absolute peanuts.

Who was that drip who said there isn't much of a market for fake tan?
This isn't a commodity like oil, copper or gold for instance where there are so many imponderables that can change daily.
The only imponderable here is the vanity of man (or woman), and that has not changed.

There may be teething issues entering new areas and warehousing logistic problems, but they are easily overcome. If need be you hire a specialist like SCS or even Amazon to help with your supply chain, so long as you have a product people want its worth it. And it would appear the product is most definitely wanted.

Yes you can buy cheap fake tan for £5 or less, but you only do it once after suffering the lingering smell, and having it mainly to be seen on your bedding or towel, that which hasn't streaked that is.

Key time for Skinny Tan is coming up. The majority of the worlds population live in the northern hemisphere so up coming Easter, half terms and then summer holidays is the time they need to have any problems sorted by. Whatever happened prior is small fry.

All those people wanting to go on holiday already tanned or to maintain it afterwards just to make others jealous, or even to feel good within themselves will not want to be disappointed. So can IDP deliver in the huge numbers required?

At the current price must be worth a punt they will. I'm having some.

Looks like this is going right back down.Management are prone to mistakes, fund raising mess up, poor update, having to clarify previously announced deals or lack of.P/E 20 is 100p, I'm not tempted.

Growth pains, just got ahead of itself, they will need to bring out an improved rns later in the Spring to reverse the correction.

I will just sit back and wait to see if there will be a better buying opportunity over the medium term

I don't understand why people in the countries mentioned would even need this fake tan.They have plenty of sun to get a tan and a good tanned complexion anyhow.Surely the market for the far east is flawed, as is the med, and many parts of the US.They all have plenty of sun.The main market is surely limited to the UK and parts of Northern and western Europe and possibly Russia.Most other countries there is NO demand and NO need for tanning products.

nw99, you have claimed to of bought every step down into the fall! Why does the word, ramper keep springing to mind. You have either got so much cash that it doesn't matter sitting on heavy losses with the chance of getting taken out completely or your just another ramper. Even paper losses hurt, when the knife falls so far.
