Use Google or Yahoo to search for trade types:

O: Ordinary Trade
A standard trade made through the Market Makers and dealt at normal settlement date.

Very good question. It looks so undervalued one might expect them to Hoover up a load. Or initiate a corporate busy back.

No director buys since Oct 2013.
CEO has sold 4m shares (c£2.5m) shares since Dec 2013.
CEO/FD do still have sizeable holdings (6.77% & 5.64% respectively) but does the lack of buys in recent yrs suggest that directors do not see the share price as a screaming buy at the current level, even if it is 30% below the Q4 2015 high?

Looking at the trades volume, timings & batch drops, I'm firmly of the opinion that it's a concerted short program. Personally I'm not concerned whatsoever as the fundamentals underpin this at a price considerably higher than at present. Allied to the fact that I have set aside funds to profit from the current undervaluation and I'm happy to suffer a short term loss.spud
