26/7/2023 20:38 | Arthur, It's just another "Arms length transaction" involving a connected person!!!!! £4m for a worthless company. Jolyon clearly onto a winner! | geckotheglorious
26/7/2023 20:37 | Oh dear another bully boy pj FAILURE. | kumbuka
26/7/2023 20:25 | Has anyone actually looked at that company we're buying for £4m from Jolyon? I had a look at the figures at Companies House and it appears to be totally and utterly worthless. | arthur_lame_stocks
24/7/2023 16:26 | I have been to court three times including suing former directors - and lost every time. I won't be doing it again. | david7739
24/7/2023 15:11 | Harrison will sweep the old lot out and put his team in and get rid of related tenancies and all that (I'd be surprised if Wicks hasn't already given notice - or had his notice given - on that property in Beaconsfield) and I wouldn't be surprised if they sell those houses they own there too as part of the new broom coming in. Others can comment on the suing element - I'm not sure anything good will come of it, that it'll take up valuable time I'd rather Harrison put in to getting INL on it's feet and sorting out some of the myriad issues and it's just a distraction imo..........be interested to hear what others think. | oi_oi_savaloy
24/7/2023 15:09 | The saddest part of this is the small shareholders who actually still hold out hope. Today's news is ultimately just another way of rinsing time and money of out a dying horse | cayenne45
24/7/2023 15:03 | don't those findings open the possibility of suing the ex-directors themselves on a person basis for wrong-doing!? They seem to have inflicted a huge amount of harm on shareholders who thought they were managing the company to their best interests? | farrugia
24/7/2023 14:46 | And click on the 'persons with significant control' too. Wicks....... | oi_oi_savaloy
24/7/2023 14:45 | No wonder Nish is leaving........... | oi_oi_savaloy
24/7/2023 14:36 | Well that's a RNS and a half... | cc2014
24/7/2023 09:37 | When he demanded £4m a year salary from Gleeson's they got rid of him. Hopefully turning INL round can be slotted in around heavy shooting commitments. | bwm2
24/7/2023 07:59 | A reverse takeover? | peter27
24/7/2023 07:59 | There's an awful lot of "subject to". | peter27
24/7/2023 07:53 | Northcountry Homes was set up in Nov 2020 and has assets of £5.2m at the last set of accounts. At that time £4m was unpaid director shares so in my head that's assets of £1.2m So, if nothing has changed that's 2 seats on the Board and 40million shares for either £1.2m or £5.2m depending on how you look at it | cc2014
05/7/2023 11:16 | Oi_Oi Sort out the planning process shambles and INL will sort itself out as a result. Planning is being held up by Nimbys complaining about proposals whilst they simultaneous say we should welcome all these bogus refugees with open arms. That's on top of the already high Immigration rates as it is. These people all need somewhere to live!!!! Nimbys need to be told to belt up imo. They cant have their cake and eat it. Me personally, I want an end to this illegal immigration(all of them deported as they're all bogus) and legal immigration drastically cut(train our own people) That way we reduce the need for concreting over our countryside. | geckotheglorious
05/7/2023 10:04 | Wicks spends lots of time on LinkedIn having a go at the govt on planning mainly (or rather complaining about planning - which, to be fair to him, is an utter shambles. It's been terrible for years........but absolutely shocking these last 4 or so yrs). I feel like telling him to pipe down and sort INL first than comment on LinkedIn. | oi_oi_savaloy
05/7/2023 09:49 | CC 2014Just re-reading my post (which I don't know how to edit), I hope it doesn't look like I want the views of others (eg, not you!).Far from it.It's really good that you are commenting and (hopefully) waking up this ADVFN board a little - although I recognise for that we probably need more INL specific data. | p1966
05/7/2023 09:43 | CC 2014I see where you are coming from, but at least the RNS indicates that, despite the delayed audited accounts, there is an element of business as usual in respect of lenders and a timeline for part and full repayment of the facility (and presumably profit recognition?)This ADVFN board has, understandably, gone fairly quiet. I'd really welcome views of others.Cheers. | p1966
05/7/2023 08:37 | I get tired with these RNS's It is difficult to dispute but why do I not believe the new loan is on much more favourable terms than the last one. How can that even be possible given the way interest rates have gone up and the deteriortion in the balance sheet. I guess the increase in interest rate is not part of the calculation if you assess terms based on SONIA + but even so "much more favourable terms". I suspect my definition of "much more" is quite different than the Boards | cc2014
30/6/2023 15:38 | Went through today 's results from INLZ in which I have a modest holding to see if I should buy more and read the following on the increased debt position of INL Quote This led to a reduction of net debt from GBP152.3m as at 30 September 2019 to GBP86.8m as at 30 September 2022. The Inland Group's net debt was GBP103.4m as at 31 March 2023 Unquote | cerrito
17/6/2023 19:51 | What to me is sub optimal is that we do not have a permanent CEO. I appreciate that Wicks is a consultant and it would be difficult to appoint a permanent CEO given the INL situation. I trust that the 2 NED's are taking a hands on role and if they get higher fees,so be it. | cerrito |
