Block Listing Application
Application been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 1,015,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities.
These shares are being reserved under a block listing. Of these, 975,000 ordinary shares will, in due course, be issued in connection with the exercise of employee options that have been earned under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. Following the decision by the Non-Executive Directors earlier this year to accept equity in lieu of earned fees, the remaining 40,000 ordinary shares will be reserved to meet periodic future procedural share issues to the Non-Executive Directors, minimising fees and retaining flexibility.
It is expected that admission will be granted on 4 June 2020. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
