Tender Offer ("Offer")


Further to the announcement last week, which announced the result of the Offer,
it was stated that the 323,674 ordinary shares of CHF2.10 each would be held
jointly by Messrs Moldawsky and Lachovitz.

In fact, the holdings will be held separately, as to 254,526 in the name of Mr
Yossi Moldawsky and 69,148 in the name of Mr Duby Lachovitz.  Accordingly, Mr
Moldawsky has a declarable holding, under the AIM Rules, of 5.277 per cent in
the issued share capital of the Company.
