("Infinity" or the "Company")

Market Update

As previously announced, the Company continues with the process of applying for a Standard Listing of the Company’s ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (“Listing”).

The intention of the Board remains, to complete a transaction as part of a simultaneous listing. To that end, and as previously announced, the Company is in advanced discussions to acquire a stake in Transgas Limited by means of a share for share transaction. Transgas is owned by Gerwyn Williams, a Director and Shareholder of Infinity Energy SA.

The Company is currently producing the required documentation including a prospectus and Competent Person Report and while the Board is confident in its ability to successfully complete the process, Shareholders should be aware that there can be no certainty that the Company will be able to list on the Standard Segment of the London Stock Exchange. 

The Company has appointed the necessary advisors to complete the process and will issue further updates as matters progress.
