First quarter results out. The good: Occupancy further improved. Operating Losses down. Properties revalued by c7%. NAV increased by 3.1% to 227p per share. The bad: No mention of asset sales and the loan from the fund managers is crippling.

So we got the IMS - NAV up again as the economy works its magic, lettings up but EPS loss increased because of Finance Costs. All I have to say is sell some of the bloody property and we are doing well. Asset Backing of 234p per share - now is the time to take advantage of the market. Cash Loss (I think) is about £350k per quarter with £3.2m in the bank at half way. cash to run out in 2016. Or 2 years to cash out. Need to put the foot on the accelerator of sales here.
