Not sure about that Davidosh re "everything going in the right direction". 2013 results were loaded with sales rolled over from 2012. Outlook statement was, at best, uncertain regarding 2014 sales. Without that clarity, this becomes nothing more than a gamble. Either you know something I don't or you have a lot more confidence in these guys. Certainly a LTBH but cannot see where all the optimism comes from.

Hope your are right and I am wrong.

Best

Stuart

I have actually been increasing my holding and I am not so sure that this can be classed as a traders stock ! When you buy here it is for the long term and compared to the situation a year ago everything is going in the right direction.

Agreed 100%, nothing has changed with this company as an investment, basically it isn't, not for long termers anyway IMO

This was pumped and pumped and now folks are jumping.

Who will be the last to leave.
Not the ones who have taken their profit.

The ones left at the end will be the losers.
The ones who believed the pump.

Some have made a good profit on the backs of others money.
This will be back to 3p i would not touch it.

Nothing here folks except misery.

These are the risks you take with such an illiquid share. I am a bit guilty here of not doing enough research. Lesson learnt.

They've done a great job. Sad to see such a concerted pump and dump on this.

Think this share has been talked up too much on BBs over the past 6 to 12 months and holders are paying the price of the lack of progress as in the past, it's very difficult to get out of this share when it's weak in the market, MMs won't take much stock without a big mark down, what's happened to the spread betting company that was driving demand over the past year? Are they still involved?

Very illiquid and if confidence is low the MMs will drop it quickly on low volume, could be heading back to 5p sort of level if previous history and trends are anything to go by

Thanks Ipvesta, was just about to post the link. Is this not worthy of an RNS ?

Sadly sold my holding this morning. Sad because the Directors really are trying to turn this around through reduced salaries ect & profit incentives. However, you can't buck the Market regardless of your wealth.I'll revisit this early 2015 as I believe they will turn a profit but in order to drive the business they may need to do a LO-Q, and bring in younger talent.spud

stewy - I didn't see it on this board but this is the link:

hxxp://www.inditherm.co.uk/inditherm-patient-warming-systems-approved-for-sale-in-south-korea/

It's South Korea, not North Korea. I saw a post on the Motley Fool which linked to the news.

Was I dreaming when I saw some sort of news from North Korea here? Was the post deleted or was it not actually news?

Any reason for the precipitous drop this morning or is it just because it is so illiquid?

Do not your two posts taken together spell takeover target?

In terms of value at its market cap it looks fine, just going nowhere with this management, 13 years since first listed and still a very very small company despite the excellent technology, should have been a massive winner by now....

Market cap @ £4.4m with £1.635m cash.
Turnover up 23%
Gross profit up 21%
Loss reduced to 77k from 164k

Current drop is a massive overreaction to the company position which is imo excellent. It'll not take much to have us into profit

I agree however that the directors come across as glass half full guys and that they could do with an adrenaline injection, but i'd rather that than the over promise, under deliver types.

I've only got 100k so not overly concerned and am happy to let this play out over the next 6-8 months.

Thanks for posting that Sammy. Will have a listen. Just had a proper read of the results - they're ridiculously glass half empty. Appreciate that you don't want to invest in a co which over-promises and under-delivers but they take things to an extreme!

It's basically progress but at a very very steady rate, the directors have never been pro active enough for me, they went public in 2001, what real progress, if any, has been made? They have taken investors money but given nothing in return. Not a holder anymore and nothing in this statement to offer any encouragement IMO

MMM, well I wasn't a pre-result buyer but I have been a post-result seller. Must admit I can't see anything particularly encouraging in the results, unless I wanted to stay invested in a company selling jam for delivery in several year's time.

I imagine with me out of the way, the share price will go up from here.

GLAH. Cheers, Martin

Need to have a detailed read but figures are broadly in line with what I hoped and expected. The management team need to learn some basic English though - the outlook statement and various other parts are so convoluted its ridiculous! Maybe they're too clever and have forgotten how to speak normally!

Results in line with my expectations - Good steady progress. Price this am reflecting pre-resulters selling their holdings IMO. Let's see how it settles out.spud
