I have been buying in the recent weakness. Hopefully strong progress can be made from here.

Its still a very very small company with very low sales that in 14 years since float have largely failed to grow the business, to market it successfuly, to fully utilise the massive product potential, after 14 years it's still Jam Tomorrow, not a company to invest hard earned in IMO, if it was the directors would be mopping up shares at these prices surely??

The selling is due to people who have realised that the jam tomorrow that keeps getting promised is not going to happen.
There is not a ludicrous over-reaction of selling due to the share price falling.
Some of it is a reaction to the over hyped promises of a few on here who i think have acted together in ramping this and then sold.

As any true ramper knows you must never let the mugs know you sold.
Keep them thinking your hurting as well as the share price slowly drops.
Let them think you still hold so you can hopefully sucker them in elsewhere.
Keep talking it up and give false hope to those left who are still holding on in the hope this will bounce.

with a gross profit margin of about 50% it would only take an extra 300k of sales to show a 100k profit and suddenly a very miserly pe of 10 at this level.

There is plainly evidence of the firm being turned around, just not at the speed we would all like, certainly a FY profit would have been nice last year. The figures are heading in the right direction though. There is improving traction with the NHS, and improved focus within the the firm as to which markets to target. So whilst it isn't great to be waiting at least another year for a FY profit but then I didn't buy the stock just for that.

Yes, I hold in hope more than anything else at the moment. I don't see this as a buying opportunity. The best I can possible hope for is the company gets sold and I break even. No evidence of anything being turned around here. DYOR. Never was an acronym more apt. Shame on me.

£1.65million in cash. at this level only £1million being attributed to the business. Far too low.

IDM is and always has been an incredibly illiquid stock. very hard to buy/ sell in any volume. The volume recently had not been large, but it has been mostly on the sell side. not surprising therefore that there has been a ludicrous over-reaction in the share price.

It offers an obvious buying opportunity, and at a hint of good news the share price will rise just as rapidly.

I see IDM as being a relatively safe bet at the moment. Breaking even, and with cash in the bank, it is pretty secure. The product is heavily endorsed by NICE. It will not take a huge pick up in sales for it to be turning a tidy profit, and see the share price rapidly back in the teens.

It is a long term game.

People should realise that the blatant ramper on this thread will have sold on the way up.
Anyone who got dragged into this share with the ramper tales of jam tomorrow had better seriously think about what to do with their holding.
Either hold and hope for some improvement in the company in the next few years because this is going nowhere fast.
Or sell and save something out of this if you can.
Then you can buy back later as this is probably going to 2p.
Where it should have been before the ramping started.

Hi Yasx,

I only have a paper copy obtained at the Agm so cant provide a link but the final slide to which DD refers states:

The Way Forward

1. Focus on Medical UK market penetration
a. Exploit NICE guidance & case studies
b. Introduce managed service approach

2. Continue increased export focus
a. Restore growth track
b. Develop USA market as 2nd phase

3. Continue to pursue OEM opportunities

4. Exploit Industrial standard product opportunities

5. Consider other options

I've replaced numbers/letters instead of bullet points and I think point 5. is what David was highlighting.

Dear All,

Does anyone have a copy of the latest presentation to which the poster above alludes?

Thanks in advance.

New investors have moved in here over the last year and it is fairly clear that the status quo with break even or a tiny profit is not good enough after all these years.

I think the final comments in the presentation show that the Board know that too.

Fotunately I wasnt one of them this time although sadly have been in the past, cant see this company making any real progress as it stands today, needs a takeover by a much bigger concern, bigger premises, bigger volume and better sales marketing etc, just dont think its anywhere near big enough for investment purposes as it is IMO, nice little company making a small profit but not for investors who want a return for their hard earned.
