The Company announces that following the share issues from and share buybacks into treasury in April 2024, the Company's total shares in issue amounts to 86,905,276 as at 30 April 2024.

 

Following the transactions in April 2024, the Company's issued share capital comprises:

 

86,905,276 shares (excluding treasury shares)

 

25,596,897 shares held in treasury

 

112,502,173 shares (including treasury shares)

 

The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 86,905,276 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
