("IMD" or "the Company")
Issue of Equity
The Board of IMD announces that, following the exercise of options by employees of the Company, 20,784 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted at an exercise price of 40 pence per ordinary share.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 20,784 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 16 May 2011.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 34,683,505 ordinary shares.
