Its a pump and dump thats for sure and looks very suspect to me wait till Jaknife sees todays news .As for the warrants this really is an absolute disgrace the company should be shut down with immediate effect its broken all the rules.

Wow, silverhall can get 266m shares at 0.0376p anytime they choose, surely that means the share price isnt going to go anywhere for a very long time...

Was that within the rules, to not tell shareholders until now... maybe they "forgot" to tell us about this maybe...

And why dont they get them now, with the share price at a premium to what they would pay... then dump the lot...

I'm off on my holidays on Monday, and had I been in the office I would have certainly been in touch with the authorities to guage their thoughts.

This absolutely stinks, and anybody that wants to say it always has, then I agree, but this really takes the biscuit.
