Thank you.

You can buy loads of these online at 0.42p, and the 3 mm's have even
the nerve to widen the spread to 0.15p, surely punters dont fall for
this at this price, it's treble what it was last week !

I do not really want to give advice, so I am neutral. I probarly would not sell if I held, but I definately would never buy this share.

Could well be the 1m seller who instigated this to shift some of their stock

To win in these P&D operations you have to be in from the start, i.e be the scammer. No point jumping on now - if you want to invest then why pay 100% more than yesterday? If you want to trade quickly, you have to be the scammer.

Refrain new buyers from buying in, since those in early today bought these for half the price. There is no news today and if they rise any more the LSE may issue a no reason for the rise announcement.

Note somebody offloads a million into the support 3 times now !

One of the worst companies on Aim and just read this thread to
see how many times it's been pumped and dumped by the same people
and the price has collapsed, unless a miracle happens a lot of
people will lose their money here.

Was a failed pump and dump by a few usual suspects though timely, see
now you can barely sell a thing, i think it was a case of job done because
after some of us warned others there was little or no buying here.

And one of them tried to use a multiple alias which also was see through :-))

I remember Rodime well as I owned them, but sold out before the good times you describe. I am glad it worked out for you. ITI do need a miracle, but the Chairman is a canny operator and the Dutchman who is leading the operation seems an astute bod so I don't think all is lost - yet! It will be a critical 6 - 12 months. If they get a deal or get a settlement from Nakamichi their fortunes (and share price) could change significantly imo.

"too much dilution"

It wont matter timely when the shareprice is 0.2p, it will still be
hundreds of millions of shares more to be issued.
This company could not get things right in the boom times so i doubt
they will succeed in the bad times.

It is hard to take on a big company in a legal battle when funds are low
but not impossible but in this climate it dont help.
I held a lot of shares in a company called Rodime, they were the first
inventor of the 3 inch disk drive in the 80's, Seagate of the US used
them without their permission so Rodime took them to court, SG was a multi
billion pound company and used their wealth to pay the best lawyers to
delay the court proceedings over and over again to try and bleed Rodime
to administration but their bankers RBS totally believed in their case
and continued to support them so after many many years they settled out
of court for around $38 million, the shares helped by the dot com boom
when from 1.25p to 42p, it was easily my best ever day on the markets
when it went from 1.5p offer to 8p bid in a day.

So it's not impossible for ITI but i still think they need a miracle
to survive !

Probably. But at least they do keep them to the minimum so as to avoid too much dilution.
I still believe in their technology, so as and when the manufacturuers decide to introduce innovations again to their products, ITI should stand a chance of making some sales. I just wonder what they will ever do about Nakamichi? I assume they haven't the funds to cover a legal battle, so they could do with them actually wanting the product again sometime!
