There's no shortage of idiots in the share world !

I thought the price would be awash with sales and people
are buying this rubbish !

Not only do the managament have abysmal track records, i'd ignore
what they say about themselves but how do these buyers think they
are going to raise more money, the last lot was 500 mil at 0.1p, will
it be a billion shares at 0.1p this time to raise a million, 150k
for the listing and then their salaries and you have already spent
a bit before they even get around to investing !

IMO DL and KM are just doing what they do best - smoke and mirrors around new shares issues, how the hell can a "speaker" company allegedly set up to do what they do best ie maximise the technology they been shouting about and being paid hansomely for - diversify into oil, where is the "investment money" going to come from on a massive £24k, who will they be investing in? TMP LGO VGM ect ect ie themseleves ie one of the many companies DL/KM already are on the board off (the aim rules should not allow any director to sit on any other board and there should be an abosulte set in stone limit to how many shares a company can have in issue and the directors wages should be in proportion to the companies turnover and profit) - milked this "oportunity" to death time to move on to the next pot of gold. - New name new "investors" to fleece I heard someone say. Gut reaction and thoughts out loud DYOR and make up your own op - Time will tell.

The question I would ask though is whether to do nothing was the right thing to do?
At least Lenigas, if he knows about anything, does know about oil.
I am fearful of massive dilution too, but I would rather they took the bull by the horns than just hope they get a contract for the speakers.
I am still confident they will pick up contracts when the large companies start buying again, but that's imo, and I know you will say say I am clutching at straws as there is no evidence to back this up from their track record so far.

Is a 4 million buy so big when over 500 million shares have been
placed at 0.1p recently !

My guess is some illegal bucket shop somwhere in the world is trying
to push these onto others or maybe it's a legit one in the UK, i remember
when i first started in shares a very long time go falling for some patter
and buying a bucket broker shares, turned out it was Dragon Oil, shame i
dont have them still as it was 2 grands worth over 10 years ago.

Seriously somebody must be pushing these onto not too clever clients, you'd
have to be barking to buy 4 million based on fundamentals (they have none)
and recent news (always bad) !

Strange that someone would buy 4m shares for circa £17k without any positive news, unless I have missed it? The share buying is not on the back of the usual p and d activity associated with this share so far as I can see. Besides that is normally a few PIs who get sucked in by the hype and not a serious level of cash as in this case.
Anyone have any news?

The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 535,000,000 new ordinary
shares at a price of 0.1 pence ("Placing Shares") with new and existing
shareholders ("the Placing").


The Placing proceeds of GBP535,000 (before expenses) will allow the Company
additional working capital to service its activities.


Subsequent to the issuance of these new ordinary shares, the Company will have
800,324,634 ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 800,324,634 voting
rights.


Application will be made for the Placing Shares, which will rank, pari passu,
with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected
to commence on or around 12 May 2009.


No problem with raising money for placing...eh

I am sure 8trader means well as there has been some awful p and d activity on this bb for this share, but he seems to be unwilling to acknowledge that there could still be life left in this co. Time will tell who is right but I for one haven't given up yet.

to operate on this site, i bet the Led thread has no idea you created
usernames in the names of directors for a pump and dump once, i bet they
dont know it's you that almost ruined this bb with mass weekend spamming
for over a month a while back.
